Chloe MaeGalit’s background and knowledge in different genres of dance and physiology (/the body, or whatever you would call it) shows through her unique exercises, which remind even trained dancers of muscles that often don’t get the attention they need. Galit doesn’t hold back, she leaves students with facts throughout the class explaining what is going on with the body as it moves and stretches. I leave the class feeling energized, understanding how important it is as a dancer to continue to cross-train.

She worked with me for months developing my fitness LONG DISTANCE! She was empowering, patient, and encouraging, and SO SO knowledgeable.
