I highly recommend Galit! She assesses the needs of those she trains, taking into account everything from the clients goals, lifestyle, injuries and weakness, to the kind of athletics you do. She helps you to understand the "Why" behind every stretch and exercise , which I find to be rare in a trainer. She furthers your knowledge of health as well as your own body. As a dancer especially, I love working with Galit because she understands the different needs I have than someone who maybe plays sports. She's the best!

Galit’s background and knowledge in different genres of dance and physiology (/the body, or whatever you would call it) shows through her unique exercises, which remind even trained dancers of muscles that often don’t get the attention they need. Galit doesn’t hold back, she leaves students with facts throughout the class explaining what is going on with the body as it moves and stretches. I leave the class feeling energized, understanding how important it is as a dancer to continue to cross-train.
